We operate a drop in service so first come first served but please see Gateway assessments
*Please note that the Bureau will be closed for staff training on the 3rd Wednesday morning of each month.

Fareham and Gosport Citizen Advice Bureaux have teamed up to provide a combined telephone advice service.
By having just 1 telephone number we are able to offer this service Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
This line is reliant on our volunteer advisers.
Please be aware that due to the large number of calls not all can be answered.
If an adviser is available you will hear a brief recorded message informing you of the cost of your call - don't hang up - as you will then be connected to an adviser.
If there is not an adviser available at the time of your call you will be connected to an automated advice line which is available 24 hours a day.
If you stay on the line you will be offered options to listen to information on:
·money problems
·benefits / cash help
·employment advice
·discrimination
·legal matters
·family / personal / health issues
·consumer + travel
·housing / homelessness
·education
Please be aware:
Calls cost 5p per minute from BT landlines and mobiles will vary.
